In addition to the further development of a European Lions Union, the main objective of ALC is the promotion of joint projects with social and humanitarian content, which are primarily initiated by the clubs of our member districts.

This is achieved through the income from contributions from member districts and third parties, from contractual fees and any other income that contributes to the increase of activities

The member districts have agreed on the following procedure:

• Each member district may propose its own project annually to the board. If this project is accepted, that district may not propose a new project in the following year

• the projects are not limited to the Alpine region

• the criteria for selecting a project are basically the same as those of Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF)

• the projects are mainly realised with financial means

• Proposals must be accompanied by a detailed financial statement. A comprehensible and feasible concept for the collection of the necessary funds to cover the project costs must be demonstrated

• Member districts submit the proposal of their choice to the ALC Secretary 60 days before the annual meeting of the Board

• Each proposal submitted must be presented by the respective district at the meeting of the Board. Additional representatives of the district are also allowed to attend.

• The proposing district is then responsible to ALC for the realisation of its project and is accountable to ALC after completion of the project.

Any remaining funds are invested in a separate reserve fund. Contributions paid to ALC for projects by members of a Lions club may not be used for ALC's administrative and business needs.

Poleg nadaljnjega razvoja Evropske zveze Lions je glavni cilj ALC tudi promocija skupnih projektov s socialno in humanitarno vsebino, ki jih v prvi vrsti sprožijo klubi v naših okrožjih.

V ta namen se uporabljajo dohodki od prispevkov iz okrajev članic in od tretjih oseb, od prejemkov na podlagi pogodb in kateri koli drugi dohodek, ki prispeva k povečanju dejavnosti

V ta namen so se okrožja članice dogovorila o naslednjem postopku:

• Predlogi naj bodo opremljeni s podrobnim seznamom stroškov. Treba je dokazati razumljiv in izvedljiv koncept za prejem potrebnih sredstev za kritje stroškov projekta

• Okrožja članic predložijo izbrani predlog sekretarju ALC 60 dni pred letnim zasedanjem upravnega odbora

• Vsak predloženi predlog mora vsako okrožje predstaviti na seji upravnega odbora. Dovoljeni so tudi dodatni predstavniki okrožja.

• Nato je okrožje predlagatelj ALC odgovorno za izvajanje svojega projekta in je zanj odgovorno po zaključku projekta.

Vsa preostala sredstva se vložijo v ločen rezervni sklad. Prispevki članov Lions kluba, usmerjeni v ALC za projekte, se v nobenem primeru ne smejo uporabiti za administrativne ali poslovne potrebe ALC.

Maßgebliches Ziel der ALC ist neben der Weiterentwicklung einer europäischen Lions Union die Förderung gemeinsamer Projekte mit sozialen und humanitären Inhalten, die in erster Linie durch die Clubs unserer Mitgliederdistrikte initiiert werden.

Dazu dienen die Einnahmen aus Beiträgen der Mitgliederdistrikte und von Seiten Dritter, aus Vergütungen auf Grund von Verträgen sowie jeder anderer Einnahme, die zur Erhöhung der activities beitragen

Dazu haben sich die Mitgliederdistrikte auf folgendes Verfahren geeinigt:

• jeder Mitgliederdistrikt kann jährlich im Board ein eigenes Projekt vorschlagen. Bei Annahme dieses Projekts kann dieser Distrikt im darauf folgenden Jahre kein neues Projekt vorschlagen

• die Projekte sind nicht auf das Gebiet des alpinen Raums beschränkt

• die Kriterien zur Wahl eines Projekts entsprechen grundsätzlich denen von Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF)

• die Projekte werden vorwiegend mit finanziellen Mitteln realisiert.

• Die Vorschläge sind mit detaillierter Kostenaufstellung zu versehen. Es muss ein nachvollziehbares und realisierbares Konzept für die Einnahme der erforderlichen Mittel zur Deckung der Projektkosten nachgewiesen werden

• Die Mitgliederdistrikte legen den Vorschlag Ihrer Wahl 60 Tage vor der jährlichen Sitzung des Board dem Sekretär ALC vor

• Jeder vorgelegte Vorschlag ist durch den jeweiligen Distrikt bei der Sitzung des Board vorzustellen. Dazu sind auch zusätzliche Vertreter des Distrikts zugelassen.

• Der vorschlagende Distrikt ist dann gegenüber ALC für die Realisierung seines Projektes verantwortlich und zur Rechenschaft verpflichtet nach dem Abschluss des Projekts.

Eventuell verbliebene Mittel werden in einem eigenen Reserve-Fonds angelegt. Die für die Projekte an ALC geleiteten Beiträge der Mitglieder eines Lionsclubs dürfen in keinem Fall für Verwaltungs- und Geschäftsbedarf der ALC verwendet werden.

• Le proposte devono essere accompagnate da un rendiconto dettagliato dei costi. deve essere dimostrato un concetto comprensibile e fattibile per la raccolta dei fondi necessari a coprire i costi del progetto

• I distretti soci presentano la proposta di loro scelta al Segretario dell'ALC 60 giorni prima della riunione annuale del Consiglio Direttivo

• Ogni proposta presentata deve essere presentata dal rispettivo distretto alla riunione del Consiglio centrale. Possono partecipare anche altri rappresentanti distrettuali.

• Il distretto proponente è quindi responsabile nei confronti dell'ALC per l'attuazione del suo progetto ed è responsabile nei confronti dell'ALC dopo il completamento del progetto.

aI fondi rimanenti sono investiti in un fondo di riserva separato. I contributi versati all'ALC dai soci di un Lions club per i progetti non possono essere utilizzati per le esigenze amministrative o commerciali dell'ALC.

Outre la poursuite du développement d'une Union européenne des Lions, l'objectif principal de l'ALC est la promotion de projets communs à contenu social et humanitaire, qui sont principalement initiés par les clubs de nos districts membres.

• Les propositions doivent être accompagnées d'un relevé détaillé des coûts. un concept compréhensible et réalisable pour la collecte des fonds nécessaires pour couvrir les coûts du projet doit être démontré

• Les districts membres soumettent la proposition de leur choix au secrétaire du CLA 60 jours avant la réunion annuelle du conseil d'administration

• Chaque proposition soumise doit être présentée par le district respectif lors de la réunion du conseil d'administration. D'autres représentants de district sont également autorisés à y assister.

• Le district proposant est alors responsable devant l'ALC de la mise en œuvre de son projet et doit rendre compte à l'ALC une fois le projet terminé.

Les fonds restants sont investis dans un fonds de réserve séparé. Les contributions versées à l'ALC par les membres d'un Lions club pour des projets ne peuvent pas être utilisées pour les besoins administratifs ou commerciaux de l'ALC.
