Results of Board Session:

Decision upon modification of Statutes:

• A 2nd Vice President of ALC is established, in order to give more time for praparation to elected Members

• Board sessions and decisions are approved and valid for current and future meetings, anounced by ALC General Secretary

• Governors of Member Districts are invited to download last page of Statues, print, sign and send back for virtual implementation (Physical signature will be given during next possible physical meeting in Aosta by May 2021)

Discussion and Decisions on Running as well as New ALC Projects have been made - Protocol will follow!

Youth Camp 2021

• Youth Camp is in hands of District 114W, which will be able to apply local District funds for next camp

• Cooperation with ALC will make this camp unforgettable for participants, touring Austrian and Italian Alpine Regions (Respecting Rules against Corona!)

Next ALC Conference will be in May 2021, we shall be Guests of District 108 IA1 in Aosta Valley in Charge of 2nd Vice President Libero Zannino

up to 27 participants from 10 Member Districts and many guests were online!
