The die is cast - Europe, we come!

The European Union has agreed to our application, we shall be able to organise the International Youth Exchange from 2nd to 22nd August 2013, such as we had planned.

With the help of our youth, we have managed for the first time ever to benefit from EU funding.

The project "Euro Alpine Youth Alliance" will start with the arrival of the participants from the 6 nations - Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, Croatia and as programme country Germany - on 2.8.13 in Lindau/Bodensee.

The first week the young people will be on the Scheidegg Alm, get to know each other through sports activities, forge the team, and create a day "Unified Sports Programme" with people with mental and multiple disabilities.

Afterwards, they travel to Munich with a visit to some ministries and institutions for drug and addiction prevention and a visit to the NS Museum on the Obersalzberg.

Finally, the participants visited Italy for an environmental project on Lake Garda and Verona.

Die Europäische Union hat unserem Antrag zugestimmt, wir werden, wie von uns geplant, die Internationale Jugendbegegnung vom 2.August bis 22. August 2013 durchführen können.

Damit haben wir mit Hilfe unserer Jugend das erste mal überhaupt geschafft, von der Förderung der EU profitieren zu können.

Das Projekt "Euro Alpine Jugendallianz" startet mit Ankunft der Teilnehmer aus den 6 Nationen- Italien, Österreich, Schweiz, Slowenien, Kroatien und als Programmland Deutschland - am 2.8.13 in Lindau/Bodensee.

Die erste Woche sind die Jugendlichen auf der Scheidegg Alm, lernen sich über sportliche Aktivitäten kennen, schmieden das Team, und gestalten einen Tag "Unified Sports Programm" mit Menschen geistiger und mehrfacher Behinderung.

Danach geht es nach München mit dem Besuch einiger Ministerien und Einrichtungen für Drogen- und Suchtprävention sowie einem Besuch des NS Museums auf dem Obersalzberg.

Der Abschluß sieht die Teilnehmer in Italien für ein Umweltprojekt am Gardasee und den Besuch von Verona vor.
