ALC is located in Bolzano (District 108 TA1 Italy) in the office of the Secretary, Past District Governor (PDG) LF Albert Ortner.
ALC is managed by a Board of Directors, whose members consist of one delegate per member district, appointed according to the rules of the own Lions district for a period of three years. Their re-election is possible once.
Their participation is free of charge except for the reimbursement of expenses, which must be approved in advance by the sending district. This board of directors constitutes the board of ALC.
The respective district governor is free to attend the meetings of the Board.
The meetings of the Board shall be open to all Lion members of ALC member districts, unless a majority of the Board determines otherwise. However, they do not have the right to speak or vote, except to present an activity or when specifically requested by the President of the Board.
Responsibilities of the Board are:
Election of one of its members from each separate district as president and vice president (annually), secretary and treasurer (every three years)
Regulation of relations between member districts
Elaboration of proposals for initiatives and projects within the framework of the Lionist service idea to achieve the goals of ALC
Determination of the annual dues of the members in the clubs
Annual meeting in one of the member districts to select project proposals submitted by the member districts
Vote on a Lions district's application to join an Alpine or bordering Lions district
Vote on exclusion of a member district by a two-thirds majority
Ensure information work on activities in the ALC through the existing and future communication tools to be created and linked to the member districts
Within 4 months of the end of the Lions year, to submit the financial and annual report, including the balance of assets and liabilities, for the fiscal year ended June 30 of the previous year. The financial year is the same as the Lions year.
Der Sitz von ALC befindet sich in Bozen (Distrikt 108 TA1 Italien) im Büro des Sekretärs, Past Distrikt Governor (PDG) LF Albert Ortner.
ALC wird von einem Vorstand geleitet, dessen Mitglieder aus jeweils einem Delegierten pro Mitglieddistrikt bestehen, die nach den Bestimmungen des eigenen Lions Distrikts für die Dauer von drei Jahren ernannt werden. Ihre Wiederbestätigung ist einmal möglich.
Ihre Mitarbeit ist unentgeltlich außer dem Ersatz von Spesen, die im Voraus durch den entsendenden Distrikt zu genehmigen sind. Dieser Vorstand bildet das Board von ALC.
Dem jeweiligen Distrikt Governor ist die Teilnahme an den Sitzungen des Board freigestellt.
Die Sitzungen des Board sind – soweit die Mehrheit des Board nichts anderes bestimmt - für alle Lionsmitglieder der ALC Mitgliederdistrikte zugänglich. Sie haben jedoch kein Rede- oder Stimmrecht, abgesehen von der Vorstellung einer activity oder wenn sie vom Präsidenten des Board ausdrücklich darum gebeten werden.
Aufgaben des Board sind:
Wahl eines seiner Mitglieder aus jeweils getrennten Distrikten zum Präsidenten und Vizepräsidenten (jährlich), zum Sekretär und zum Schatzmeister (alle drei Jahre)
Regelung der Beziehungen zwischen den Mitglieddistrikten
Ausarbeitung von Vorschlägen für Initiativen und Projekte im Rahmen des lionistischen Service Gedankens zur Erreichung der Ziele von ALC
Festlegung des jährlichen Beitrags der Mitglieder in den Clubs
jährliches Treffen in einem der Mitgliederdistrikte zur Auswahl der von den Mitgliederdistrikten vorgelegten Projektvorschläge
Abstimmung über Beitrittwunsch eines Lions Distrikts im alpinen oder angrenzenden Raum.
Abstimmung über Ausschluss eines Mitglieddistrikts mit Zweidrittelmehrheit.
Sicherstellen der Informationsarbeit über Aktivitäten im ALC durch die bestehenden sowie künftig zu schaffenden Kommunikationsmittel, die zu den Mitgliederdistrikten zu verlinken sind.
Innerhalb von 4 Monaten nach Ablauf des Lionsjahres die Vorlage des Finanz- und Geschäftsberichts samt Vermögensstand für das am 30.6. des vorherigen Jahres abgeschlossene Geschäftsjahr. Das Finanzjahr deckt sich mit dem Lionsjahr.
La sede dell´ALC si trova a Bolzano (Distretto 108 TA1 Italia) nell’ ufficio del segretario, Past Distrikt Governor (PDG) Albert Ortner.
ALC viene amministrata da un direttivo, i cui membri consistono in un delegato per Distretto membro, e che saranno nominati secondo i criteri del proprio Distretto per la durata di tre anni. E´ prevista l´eventuale riconferma per un sola volta.
Per la loro collaborazione non e´previsto alcun compenso ad eccezione delle spese, che saranno da autorizzare in anticipo dal proprio Distretto. Questo direttivo forma il Board dell´ALC.
Ovviamente i Governatori in carica dei Distretti membri potranno partecipare a tutte le riunioni del Board liberamente.
Le riunioni del Board sono generalmente accessibili a tutti i soci Lions dei Distretti membri – salva diversa decisione della maggioranza del Board. Essi non hanno pero´ diritto di parola ne´ di voto, se non per la presentazione di un progetto/service e/o se il Presidente non lo richiederà espressamente.
Compiti del Board:
elezione (annuale), di un Presidente e Vicepresidente tra i membri provenienti di volta in volta da Distretti separati e diversi, di un segretario ed un tesoriere (ogni tre anni).
Regolamento delle relazioni fra i Distretti membri
Elaborazione di proposte per iniziative e progetti nello spirito di service LIONS per raggiungere i traguardi dell´ALC
Fissazione del contributo annuale per l´ALC da parte dei soci Lions nei Club
Riunione annuale in uno dei Distretti membri per la scelta a votazione del progetto vincitore proposto dai Club
Votazione sulla richiesta di affiliazione di un Distretto Lions sito sull´Arco Alpino o in una regione direttamente confinante
Deliberazione dell´esclusione di un Distretto membro con maggioranza di due terzi
Archiviazione di informazioni sull´attività dell´ALC attraverso gli attuali e futuri mezzi di comunicazione, con link a tutti i Distretti membri
Presentazione del bilancio con relazione sull´attività svolta durante l´ultimo anno entro 4 mesi dalla chiusura dell´anno precedente (trenta giugno) L´anno finanziario corrisponde all´anno lionistico.
ALC ima sedež v Bolzanu (okrožje 108 TA1 Italija) v pisarni sekretarja, nekdanjega guvernerja okrožja (PDG) LF Alberta Ortnerja.
ALC vodi upravni odbor, sestavljen iz enega delegata iz vsakega okrožja članice, ki je imenovan za tri leta pod pogoji njihovega lokalnega okrožja Lions. To lahko enkrat potrdite.
Vaša storitev je brezplačna, razen za povračilo stroškov, ki jih mora vnaprej odobriti okrožje pošiljatelj. Ta upravni odbor tvori odbor ALC.
Oblastni guverner se lahko udeleži sej upravnega odbora.
Seje upravnega odbora so odprte za vse člane Lions v okrožjih članic ALC, razen če večina upravnega odbora določi drugače. Nimate pravice govoriti ali glasovati, razen predstavitve dejavnosti ali če vas za to izrecno prosi predsednik odbora.
Naloge odbora so:
Izvolitev enega od članov iz ločenih okrožij za predsednika in podpredsednika (letno), tajnika in blagajnika (vsaka tri leta)
Ureditev odnosov med okraji članic
Obdelava predlogov za pobude in projekte v okviru koncepta lionistične službe za doseganje ciljev ALC.
Določitev letne članarine v klubih
Letno srečanje v enem od okrožij članic za izbiro projektnih predlogov, ki jih predložijo okrožja članic Glasovanje o želji,
Glasovanje o želji, da bi se pridružili okrožju Lions na alpskem ali sosednjem območju.
Glasovanje o izključitvi okrožja članice z dvotretjinsko večino.
Zagotavljanje informacijskega dela o dejavnostih v ALC prek obstoječih in prihodnjih komunikacijskih medijev, ki naj bi bili povezani z okrožji članic.
V 4 mesecih po koncu leta Lions je predložitev finančnega in poslovnega poročila, vključno s sredstvi za 30.6. preteklega leta, ki se je končalo poslovno leto. Proračunsko leto sovpada z letom Lions.
L'ALC est situé à Bolzano (district 108 TA1 Italie) dans le bureau du secrétaire, ancien gouverneur de district (PDG) LF Albert Ortner.
L'ALC est géré par un conseil d'administration, dont les membres sont constitués d'un délégué par district membre, nommé selon les règles de leur propre district Lions pour une période de trois ans. Leur réélection est possible une fois.
Leur participation est gratuite, à l'exception du remboursement des frais, qui doit être approuvé au préalable par le district d'envoi. Ce conseil constitue le conseil d'administration de l'ALC.
Le gouverneur du district concerné est libre d'assister aux réunions du conseil d'administration.
Les réunions du conseil d'administration sont ouvertes à tous les membres Lions des districts membres de l'ALC, sauf disposition contraire de la majorité du conseil. Toutefois, ils n'ont pas le droit de parler ou de voter, sauf pour présenter une activité ou lorsque le président du conseil d'administration le demande expressément.
Les responsabilités du Conseil sont :
Élection d'un de ses membres de chaque district séparé en tant que président et vice-président (annuellement), secrétaire et trésorier (tous les trois ans)
Réglementation des relations entre les districts membres
Elaboration de propositions d'initiatives et de projets dans le cadre de l'idée de service Lionist pour atteindre les objectifs de l'ALC
Déterminer les cotisations annuelles des membres des clubs
Réunion annuelle dans l'un des districts membres pour sélectionner les propositions de projets soumises par les districts membres
Vote sur la demande d'adhésion d'un district Lions à un district Lions alpin ou frontalier
Deux tiers des votes pour exclure un district membre
Assurer la diffusion d'informations sur les activités du CTA par le biais d'outils de communication existants et futurs qui établissent un lien avec les districts membres
Dans les 4 mois suivant la fin de l'année Lions, le rapport financier et commercial, y compris le solde de l'actif et du passif pour l'exercice clos le 30 juin de l'année précédente. L'exercice financier est le même que l'année Lions.
