Important dates for your attention

  • March 1st : Clubs submit project proposals informally to the district governor via their own district delegate - a detailed description of the project and the expected amount of funding is sufficient.

  • April 1st: Presentation of the district project to ALC, which was selected by the district governor from the proposals submitted on 1.3.

  • May : Annual project selected by delegates and district governor at the board meeting from the proposals of member districts

  • .März : Vorlage von Projektvorschlägen durch die Clubs über den jeweiligen Delegierten des eigenen Distrikts an den Distrikt Governor formlos - es genügt die ausführliche Beschreibung mit voraussichtlichem Finanzierungsumfang.

  • 1.April: Vorlage des Distrikt Projektes an ALC, das durch den Governor aus den zum 1.3. vorgelegten Vorschlägen ausgewählt wurde

  • Mai : Auswahl des Jahresprojekts beim Board Meeting durch die Delegierten und Distrikt Governor aus den Vorschlägen der Mitgliederdistrikte

  • 1° marzo: i club presentano le proposte di progetto in modo informale al governatore distrettuale tramite il proprio delegato distrettuale - è sufficiente una descrizione dettagliata del progetto e l'importo stimato del finanziamento.

  • 1° aprile: Presentazione del progetto distrettuale all'ALC, che è stato selezionato dal governatore distrettuale tra le proposte presentate il 1° marzo

  • Maggio : Progetto annuale selezionato dai delegati e dal governatore distrettuale durante la riunione del consiglio tra le proposte dei distretti membri

  • 1. marec: Klubi neformalno predstavijo predloge projektov prek pooblaščenca svojega okrožja guvernerju okrožja - zadostuje podroben opis s pričakovanim zneskom financiranja.

  • 1. april: oddaja projekta okrožja ALC, ki ga je guverner zaključil od 1.3. predloženi predlogi

  • Maj: Izbor letnega projekta na seji upravnega odbora s strani delegatov in guvernerja okrožja med predlogi okrožij članic

  • 1er avril : soumission du projet de district à l'ALC, qui a été sélectionné par le gouverneur du district parmi les propositions soumises le 1er mars

  • Mai : Projet annuel sélectionné par les délégués et le gouverneur du district lors de la réunion du conseil d'administration parmi les propositions des districts membres
