Each runner can choose and plan his or her own route. It is 5 km to run or walk (Nordic Walking, walking is also allowed!). The time has to be entered afterwards (here you get a link from Race Result 2-3 days before), there you enter your time and afterwards you can download the certificate in the result list. Here we trust in your honesty and sporting spirit that you only enter the time you have really run. If you don't want to have any time in public, don't enter your time and simply download the certificate as a participant.
As a goodie each participant of the Premium Package will receive a multifunctional scarf and a medal in advance. Ideal for the photos afterwards! Important: the Premium Package is only available in limited quantities!

Important! Please enter the correct postal address, the name must be on the post box! Otherwise the delivery is not possible. Furthermore, the packages are sent collectively on 16.12., the delivery normally takes place within a few working days, but in exceptional cases the package may arrive later, as we cannot influence the postal route.
