Study of an anti-Covid drug

ALC funded, during the coronavirus pandemic period, a clinical trial to evaluate the effectiveness of a drug (Ivernectin) in the early treatment of Covid-19.

The study was conducted by the IRCCS “Sacro Cuore” Institute in Negrar (VR) and the results were published in a number of leading scientific journals; unfortunately, the drug did not prove to be as effective as predicted in the in vitro studies.
